What are the costs for calls with toolani?

On toolani you pay exactly the rate you see on our website or in the app to the desired country of destination. Any connection will be charged from the first minute plus non recurring  5 cent/ pence per call for dial-up.

toolani connects you through regular landline numbers in your country. That means that for your provider it is a local connection to a landline numbers. If you have a flat rate or free minutes for calls to national landline numbers, there will be no extra charges from your provider.

Does the rate depend on the time of the day and/ or the day of the week/ weekend?

No.The rates on toolani are always the same, no matter at what time or on which day of the week you make your call. 

Is there a difference in the rates between toolani direct and toolani flex or between the apps toolani and toovoip?

No, it is always the same rate, that you see on our homepage or in the app for the desired country of destination.

The rate on the rates list is not the same as my personal rate. What is the reason for this?

Please contact us regarding this issue. It is possible that you are on the wrong rates page, which is not valid for your country or you see a special offer for new customers, which is only valid for a short time.
