How can I activate / deactivate the automatic top-up option?
Make sure that the option is activated after you have entered your payment data. This only works if you top up via credit card or Direct Debit (Lastschrift). The direct debit option is only available for german customers in Germany.
You can deactivate this option at any time directly in the settings of your account on the tab Payment.
Is there a top-up on your account that you didn't want? Please contact our customer support. We can easily reimburse the unwanted payment.
