J'entend une annonce que mon numéro n'est pas déverrouillé.

Pour pour téléphoner par toolani, vous devez inscire votre numéro correctement.

Vérifiez que votre numéro est bien enregistré dans espace client sous "Mon compte/ Numéro téléphone"
Et vérifiez aussi, que votre affichage numéro est activé, ainsi que votre numéro sera présenté pendant vos appels.

Si ca ne vous a pas aidé, alors contactez notre service client et informez nous votre numéro de téléphone, le numéro de toolani composé et la date ainsi que l'heure de votre appel d'essai.
