Ik krijg de melding "enter a card number followed by the pound key" | Help Center

Ik krijg te horen dat ik een "card nummer followed by the pound key" moet invoeren.

U krijgt dit bericht als uw eigen nummer nog niet voor toolani is geregistreerd, niet juist is geregistreerd of als u met een privé nummer belt. In elk geval is het voor ons systeem niet mogelijk om uw nummer te herkennen en daarom wordt u niet verbonden.

Om een gesprek te voeren, moet uw nummer geregistreerd zijn bij toolani.

Controleer alstublieft of uw nummer in uw klantenportaal onder "Mijn Account/Telefoonnummers" is opgesplagen.
Let alstublieft ook op dat de nummerweergave is aangezet, dat u dus niet als "anoniem" of "onbekend" belt.

Heeft dat uw probleem niet opgelost? Dan stuur een mailtje naar onze klantenservice en deel ons uw eigen nummer, het toolani nummer dat u belt, datum en tijd van het testgesprek mee.
