- How does the poor quality manifest itself?
Do you hear any unpleasant sounds? Is it hard to understand your contact or the other way around? - What is the phone number of your contact with whom you noticed this problem?
- When did you make the call (please state the date and the exact time)?
- Did you experience that quality problem before? When did you generally notice it for the first time?
