Posso chiamare numeri di servizio / hotlines?

Purtroppo con toolani non é possibile chiamare numeri di servizio (esteri), quali p.e. 0900, 0810, 0820, ecc.
Generalmente questo tipo di numeri costa piú caro di normali numeri esteri fissi o mobili, ragion per cui escludiamo la connessione a tutti i numeri di servizio, a valore aggiunto (VAS) o meno, o verso numeri cosiddetti freephone (numeri verdi).
