Da toolani über lokale Festnetznummern verbindet, wäre es gut, wenn Sie eine Flatrate oder ein Freiminutenpaket zum nationalen Festnetz haben.

Sind Sie beispielsweise aus Deutschland, sollten Sie Freiminuten zum deutschen Festnetz haben.
Sind Sie aus Österreich brauchen Sie Freiminuten zum österreichischen Festnetz, damit keine weiteren Kosten beim eigenen Anbieter zustande kommen.
Für unsere schweizer Kunden gilt dasselbe mit schweizer Festnetznummern.

Entstehen Ihnen trotz Freiminuten oder Flatrate dennoch Kosten bei Ihrem Anbieter, dann kontaktieren Sie uns bitte schnellstmöglich, damit wir das Problem für Sie lösen können.
